NOTIFICATION No. 104/2009-CUS, (N.T.), Dated: August 4, 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) OF Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. S.O. 828 (E), dated the 21st November, 1994(No. 62/94-Customs (NT), dated the 21st November, 1994:-
In the said notification in the TABLE, at serial no. 6 relating to the state of Karnataka, against item (4) occurring in column (3) relating to Malpe, the following item number and entries shall be inserted after item number (b) in column (4) and the entries relating thereto, namely:-
“(C) Export of ships, vessels or any class of such goods manufactured by M/s. Temba Shipyards Limited”
