65. The report of Audit under section 61.
The report of audit under section 61 shall be in Form 704.
(In the above rule 65,the 2nd line of para is added at the end, and amended rule 65 is as under, as per Notification No. VAT-1507/CR-17/Taxation-1 Dt. 31 October 2007)
65. The report of Audit under section 61.-The report of audit under section 61 shall be in Form 704. The dealer shall, in addition to the report of audit shall also file an electronically readable CD-ROM by downloading the Form 704 from the website www.mahavat.gov.in."
